MARQUIS BOOSTS THE IMPS

MICHAEL Appleton is hoping John Marquis will provide a missing ingredient for Lincoln after signing on a short-term contract.
The 29-year-old forward, who joined from Portsmouth, will remain with the Imps until the end of the season.
Lincoln manager Appleton said: “John is a proven goalscorer who adds experience to the squad and provides something we’ve missed while Tom Hopper has been out injured.”
The Imps have also signed Arsenal fullback Brooke Norton- Cuffy, 18, on loan.
