NEW Hartlepool United manager Graeme Lee has dismissed concerns over a lack of experience as he revels in landing his “dream” job.
Lee, 43, started his career at Pools, playing over 250 games before enjoying successful spells at Sheffield Wednesday, Bradford City and Notts County.
