I remember my first game was going to watch my dad (Paul) when he played for Swindon. He played for them back in the 1990s, so I wouldn’t have been very old. I was only five, I think.
I am struggling to remember who it was against now, but they won 2-0 and I think he played well so we were pretty happy. I was too young to be a proper fan then. It wasn’t my very first game but as a fan, I used to go with a mate to watch Manchester United when I was eight or nine and remember watching them lose 2-1 to Leeds.
