NEW Sheffield Wednesday manager Tony Pulis described the club as a “sleeping giant” after taking over at Hillsborough.
Pulis, who was handed the role following the dismissal of Garry Monk earlier this month, has not held a management position since his Middlesbrough tenure ended in 2019.
“It’s my chance, my opportunity to step in, look at the club and see what needs to be done,” the 62-year-old said on the club’s Twitter account.
