CHARLIE EXCITED TO TEAM UP WITH BARTON

CHARLIE Mulgrew is relishing the chance to work with manager Joey Barton after the defender joined Fleetwood on a season- long loan.
The 34-year-old joins from Championship side Blackburn, where he made just two appearances last season, and will offer experience to the Fleetwood defence.
Mulgrew knows what it takes get promoted from League One after playing a key role in Rovers’ Championship return three seasons ago and can’t wait to work under Barton.
