FURIOUS Hull boss Grant McCann refused to defend his struggling players after they were crushed by Stoke.
Two goals apiece from Sam Clucas and Nick Powell, as well as a penalty from Tyrese Campbell, did the damage as the Tigers slipped four places to 21st in the table and were hauled back into a relegation dogfight.
Leonardo Da Silva Lopes bagged a consolation for the visitors, but McCann’s side have now not won in 11 games in the league.
