FIRST impressions carry a lot of weight, just ask Ben Gladwin.
The 27-year-old midfielder became Russell Martin’s second signing of his tenure as MK Dons boss when he joined earlier this month on a free transfer and is loving life at Stadium MK so far.
While he is yet to taste victory – with 1-0 defeats to Burton and Sunderland alongside a draw with Coventry coming in his three sub appearances to date – Gladwin has been impressed by the work of Martin and his team.
