NUGENT GLEE AT SCORING AGAIN…

DAVID Nugent admitted he was relieved to score his first Preston goal since returning to the club in the summer.
The 34-year-old striker rejoined the Lilywhites from Derby after 12 seasons away from Deepdale and scored the winner in the much-needed 2-1 victory over Fulham on Tuesday evening.
His goal was his first in 4,623 days for the club and he was delighted to finally hit the back of the net - which ended a four-match winless run for Alex Neil’s side.
