PLEA: Mark Catlin

PORTSMOUTH are seeking public money to help fund redevelopment of Fratton Park, according to chief executive Mark Catlin.
The club celebrated 120 years at their historic ground back in September and are exploring options as they look to increase capacity from just under 20,000 up to around 30,000.
But Catlin, who has served in his position at Pompey for six years, admits that the club – who were taken over by American firm Tornante in 2017 having been bought by the Supporters Trust back in 2013 – are looking for financial help from...
