WIGAN are set for a change of ownership, according to a statement issued to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
International Entertainment Corporation (IEC) – the club’s current holding company – intend to transfer the club’s entire share capital to a new fund established by IEC’s majority shareholder, Dr Choi Chiu Fai Stanley.
