HARD work on the training ground has paid off for Wigan defender Chey Dunkley – he’s been named the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month for September.
Dunkley’s three goals in as many games proved just as important as his commanding presence in defence. He scored both goals in the 2-0 victory against Charlton and also netted in the 2-2 draw at Hull.
