PAUL Lambert asked not to be judged on his past after being unveiled as the new manager of Championship strugglers Ipswich Town.
The former Norwich City and Aston Villa boss succeeds Paul Hurst, who was sacked on October 25 with the club bottom of the table.
Lambert’s past three appointments – at Blackburn, Wolves and Stoke – have all proved shortlived, but the 49-year-old insists that is not relevant now, nor is his connection with rivals Norwich. Speaking at a Press conference, the Scot said:
