NEWPORT manager Michael Flynn is hopeful his captain Joss Labadie will soon sign a contract extension.
Labadie’s current deal expires in the summer, but the 27-year-old midfielder has been in talks for a while and a new deal looks likely.
“It’s been going back and forth and hopefully we’ll come to a decision sooner rather than later,” said Flynn.
