HE HAS seen his career stall this season, but after signing on a deadline day loan from Liverpool to Bolton, Jon Flanagan can now rebuild, says Trotters boss Phil Parkinson.
Flanagan, an England international, was sentenced to a 12-month community order in January for assaulting his girlfriend Rachael Wall after a night out in Liverpool.
