GILES Coke is simply looking forward to getting back out on the pitch after 20 months out injured.
The 31-year-old midfielder joined Chesterfield as a free agent in midweek after being released by Ipswich last summer.
Coke has been plagued by a knee injury but having signed for the Spireites, the former Sheffield Wednesday man is eager to simply start playing football again.
“It’s been a tough 20 months for me but to get it sorted now; I’m really happy and can’t wait,” he said.
