JOS Luhukay remained defiant but accepted it was “disappointing” after Sheffield Wednesday slumped to another home defeat to Birmingham, leaving the Hillsborough boss still looking for his first league win.
An early strike from David Davis after a horror show in the Wednesday defence was followed by Jota’s first two goals for Birmingham, leaving the visitors with a 3-0 half-time lead.
Red cards either side of the break for Marco Matias and Daniel Pudil ensured Lucas Joao’s consolation brought little cheer for Luhukay.
