BOLTON boss Phil Parkinson admits he is increasingly frustrated in his attempts to do some January shopping.
Parkinson has brought in midfielder Harry Charsley, 21, on loan from Everton and is keen to secure further temporary spells for West Ham duo Reece Burke and Josh Cullen, both 21, but feels that the window is no longer a buyer’s market.
“Five or six years ago, clubs would be ringing you at this time of year and saying they have got X, Y, Z players who are surplus to requirements, but you just don’t get that anymore,” said the Bolton manager.
