FAB IF NEAL LEADS DONS INTO NEW ERA

IF THINGS had worked out differently, I could have spent my early years in the blue and yellow of Wimbledon instead of the blue and white of Chelsea.
I was once part of the Dons’ school of excellence and was a regular visitor to their first team games in the 90s. I was, therefore, delighted to see the club granted permission for their new £25m stadium just a stone’s throw away from the old Plough Lane ground.
What AFC Wimbledon have achieved since reforming in 2002 is nothing short of remarkable.
