THE EFL Trophy roared back into business with a midweek goal glut – 32 in just seven games!
The highest-scoring tie saw Stockport romp to a 6-3win against Everton U21s in Northern Group E.
In a remarkable match, Jimmy McNulty’s men raced into a 3-0 half-time lead, the Toffees fought back to level and then the Hatters powered away in the closing stages.
