AFC Wimbledon's Iraq international Ali Al-Hamadi has admitted he was “really pleased” to see the support Gary Lineker received from the football world after challenging the Government on their refugee rhetoric.
Al-Hamadi, who had rattled in six goals during his last half-dozen outings for the Dons prior to this weekend, felt just as “infuriated” and “frustrated” as Lineker by the “Stop the Boats” slogan the Conservative party adopted to promote their new immigration policy.
