DID Leeds bottle it this Easter? It’s an easy line to peddle, and one that neatly fits the image of a club in perpetual crisis.
Rarely has a week elapsed over the last 15 years without opposition fans belting out a rendition of ‘Leeds are falling apart’. In fairness, they often were. Financial collapse. Points deductions. Away days at Stockport and Hereford. Even when things did go right, as under Garry Monk in 2016-17, it all went wrong in the end.
