PRESTON midfielder Paul Gallagher reckons the international break can boost North End’s bid for a play-off place. Alex Neil’s side have charged up the table after a run of eight wins and four draws in their past 12 games and coming out of the break were only out of the play-off places on goal difference.
The Lilywhites head into the business end of the season full of confidence as they aim to reach the top tier of English football.
Gallagher, 34, said: “I think the break came at the right time. The past 12 games have been unbelievable for us.
