Gaffer Brady’s bunch gets a bit smaller

Promotion chasing Northampton have been left reeling by the news that two key players will miss the rest of the season.
Midfielder Ben Fox - hailed as “outstanding” by manager Jon Brady a fortnight ago - has undergone ankle surgery after limping off in the 0-0 against Wimbledon last month.
He had initially tried to play on after coming off worse in a 50/50 challenge, but was subsequently withdrawn.
