WYCOMBE Wanderers legend Matt Bloomfield insists he has found the ‘right opportunity’ to be a manager by taking the reins at Colchester United.
The League Two strugglers – who were fourth from bottom heading into the weekend - plumped for Bloomfield as their new head coach on Friday, replacing Wayne Brown who was sacked two weeks ago.
The 38-year-old has left his role as Wycombe’s first-team coach to take his first managerial job with the U’s.
