JAMES HILL’S impressive progress in England’s Under-20 side is something Fleetwood are “extremely proud of ”, according to head coach Simon Grayson.
The 19-year-old defender came on at half-time in the Young Lions’ 5-0 win against the Czech Republic in midweek, taking the captain’s armband and scoring the final goal of the game.
Grayson said: “He’s deserved everything he’s got. For us, to have someone playing for England and doing well is something we are extremely proud of.”
