PORTSMOUTH boss Danny Cowley believes the signing of Wales midfielder Joe Morrell will bring “energy and enthusiasm” to the club.Morrell, who started all four games for Wales at Euro 2020, has joined Pompey on a three-year deal from Luton.The 24-year-old made 11 appearances in the Championship last season for the Hatters.Cowley said: “He’s the type of boy that’s always the first to get the footballs out in training and as a coach, he’s the kind of person you look forward to seeing.”
