BRISTOL City boss Lee Johnson hopes new goalkeeper Stefan Marinovic can adapt to Championship football quickly.
The New Zealand international, 27, was thrown in against Ipswich in midweek following injuries to two Robins keepers.
Johnson, whose promotion-chasing side were held 1-1 by Town at Ashton Gate, said of the goalkeeping situation: “Frank Fielding and Niki Maenpaa are both likely to miss the rest of the season through injury.
“Stefan made some great saves on his debut, but he has to get used to Championship football.”
