KENNY Jackett described League One leaders Portsmouth’s defeat at home to Blackpool as a “missed opportunity”.
Blackpool boss Terry McPhillips hatched a “cunning plan” to send on substitute Chris Long and he scored the winner as his side picked up their first win in six matches.
