THE EFL have requested a report from AFC Wimbledon after the club appeared to fail to recognise bitter rivals MK Dons by their full name on Friday evening.
Early goals from Ryan Seager and Gboly Ariyibi handed MK Dons victory at the Cherry Red Records Stadium – as Lyle Taylor also missed a second-half penalty – but Wimbledon only referred to their opponents as Milton Keynes or MK and did not mention them on the programme cover.
