BOLTON are seeking a quick pick-me-up after suffering back-to-back defeats in the final straight of the promotion race.
Lee Erwin’s goal from pointblank range in the 76th minute came after rejuvenated Oldham had been reduced to ten men following Michael Ngoo’s red card.
Bolton struck the woodwork twice in the closing stages but could not summon an equaliser.
