John Eustace says he is ‘honoured and proud’ to have been given the chance to manage Blackburn.
The former Birmingham boss was appointed on a two-and-a-half year deal on Friday, taking the reins after Jon Dahl Tomasson left the club by ‘mutual consent’ after just over a year and a half at the helm.
Dane Tomasson, 47, had become increasingly frustrated with the resources at his disposal and it had become increasingly clear in recent weeks that a parting of the ways was inevitable.
