Football managers hate losing games, but Southampton boss Russell Martin admits losing four in a row has proved a blessing in disguise!
Saints lost 5-0 at Sunderland in September and then suffered reverses against Leicester (4-1), Ipswich (1-0) and Middlesbrough (2-1).
The critics were piling in, but the south coast club managed to turn the tide and climb back up the Championship table.
