KING: YOUNG PLAYERS SHOULD THRIVE

BRISTOL City midfielder Andy King reckons “there’s never been a better time to be a young player” in the English game.
The coronavirus pandemic has caused host of postponements throughout the Premier League and EFL over the last few weeks, and clubs have had to rely on their youth team to beef up their squads.
The likes of Alex Scott and Ayman Benarous have impressed when called upon by boss Nigel Pearson this season, and King has praised the Robins’ academy set-up.
