SIMPSON PUTS NEW TERRIERS CONTRACT ON HOLD

HUDDERSFIELD rightback Danny Simpson admits talks about his future in West Yorkshire have been put on hold until the club’s relegation fears have been quashed.
The 33-year-old, a Premier League winner with Leicester in 2016, is out of contract at the end of the campaign having joined Huddersfield in September on a season-long deal.
Simpson has made 22 appearances as Danny Cowley’s side sat 19th, only two points above the relegation zone, prior to yesterday’s games.
