LOAN MAN LANG IN INJURY KO

SHREWSBURY Town striker Callum Lang will be out for three months following surgery to repair a broken bone in a foot.
Lang, 21, on a season-long loan from Wigan Athletic, fractured a metatarsal in the recent league win at Tranmere Rovers.
“He saw a specialist who recommended that he had surgery to pin the injury,” said a Shrewsbury official.
“Surgery went well and it is expected that recovery will take around three months.”
Lang has made five appearances for the Shrews since arriving from Wigan in September, scoring once.
