JOE Williams is enjoying the “stability” afforded by Wigan following the turmoil he experienced on loan at Bolton last season.
The 22-year-old midfielder was allowed to leave Everton on a free transfer this summer and is pleased he chose the Latics for his “new longer- term challenge”.
