JAY LYNCH believes he has never been more ready to make the step up to league football after joining Rochdale on a two-year deal this week.
The 26-year-old, who came through the ranks at Manchester United, has most recently spent two seasons at AFC Fylde, winning the FA Trophy last season.
After being named as the best Non-League goalkeeper at the National Game Awards in May, Lynch was offered a new deal by Fylde but turned it down for pastures new at League One side Rochdale.
