JOSH Cullen impressed Charlton boss Lee Bowyer with his display in the midweek success over Burton.
The on-loan West Ham midfielder, 22, was praised for the way he played against Portsmouth and carried that on with another commanding performance against the Brewers.
Bowyer said: “Josh protected the back four so well and then when he wins it his distribution is very good.
“He seemed to be everywhere to me.”
