KILGOUR BACKED BY PIRATES

ALFIE Kilgour has been tipped to play a part for Bristol Rovers this season after being recalled from a loan spell at Maidenhead.
Defender Kilgour, 20, played 18 games for the National League side, scoring three goals.
And with Tom Lockyer in line for a Wales callup which would rule him out of this month’s game against Plymouth, Rovers assistant manager Chris Hargreaves said: “We are a bit thin on the ground and so we want to reward (Kilgour) by bringing him back. He is a player we have got high hopes for.”
