NORTHAMPTON boss Keith Curle heaped praise on the club’s strength and conditioning department after Marvin Sordell returned to first-team action against Stevenage.
Sordell, 28, had been sidelined since making his Cobblers debut against Colchester on February 2, but was named in the starting line-up in the 2-1 win at the Lamex Stadium.
“It was fantastic to get Marvin back out on the pitch and that is great testament to him and the work he has put in,” Curle said. “The strength and conditioning department have been doing excellent work.”
