JONES: IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME

NATHAN Jones believes he is seeing a shift in culture at Stoke.
The 45-year-old took charge of the Potters in January and started the process of changing the mood at the strugglers.
Stoke are a long way off a play-off spot, but Jones feels the long-term prospects are improving.
