KEEPER Chris Maxwell is hoping to provide an almighty helping hand to Charlton – with his feet. The 28-year-old Welshman has joined the Addicks on loan until the end of the season from Preston as Lee Bowyer continues to bolster his promotion-chasing squad, having also pulled off deals for attacking midfielder Jonny Williams, 25, and 22-year-old fullback Ben Purrington on loan from Rotherham.
