COVENTRY winger Jodi Jones is facing up to a year on the sidelines after suffering another serious knee injury.
The 21-year-old damaged his anterior cruciate ligament during last month’s 1-1 draw with Peterborough, the injury coming just moments after he had come on as a 73rd-minute substitute.
Jones, who injured the same knee last season and was out for 10 months, has undergone an operation to have the knee reconstructed and is now set to be out for another significant period.
