I WAS fortunate enough to be invited recently to learn within Saracens’ prematch training camp.
Technical director Brendan Venter talked in-depth about how he founded a culture of honesty, work ethic, discipline and humility, and how he created a training camp built upon happiness, family and respect to win domestic and European rugby honours.
He also explained how the club now aims to build a dynasty of success.
