I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE U’S EARLIER THAN I DID

LOOKING back on my time at Cambridge United, I probably should have resigned in the summer of 2017.
Instead, I hung around until March of this year and it all got very messy. I’ve thought long and hard about speaking openly, largely because I respect the club and appreciate the opportunity they gave me.
I don’t harbour any resentment. But the fact of the matter is, I was given certain assurances and controls that later got taken away.
