JANUARY WINDOW WILL BE VITAL FOR ‘HUGE’ LEEDS

I STILL remember the first time I realised just what a huge club Leeds United are. I’d joined them in 2005, a year after relegation from the Premier League.
We went to Sweden for pre-season and something like 3,000 fans – all from Scandinavia – turned up to watch us train every day.
Then you get home and you’re playing in front of 40,000 people, or going away and taking 7,000 on the road. You think ‘Wow, this is something else’.
