THERE’S more to come from Josh Wright, according to boss Chris Powell after the Southend midfielder extended his contract.
Wright joined from Gillingham in August and has found success partnering Dru Yearwood in the centre of the park.
The central midfielder has made 21 appearances and his manager is delighted to have added 12 months to his stay. Chris Powell said: “He’s a good footballer and controller of the game but I definitely feel there’s much more to come.”
