IT took Kieran Agard 19 games to get off the mark, but MK Dons boss Robbie Neilson still expects his striker to top the club’s scoring charts this term.
The 28-year-old ended his drought with a double at Charlton last weekend and followed that up with another goal against Southend in midweek.
“Thankfully, Kieran has turned that corner,” said Neilson. “He works extremely hard and he gets into good areas but it just wasn’t clicking for him.
“He was top scorer last season (with 14) and he’ll probably be top this season.”
