SHREWS FIT THE BILL NOW

SHREWSBURY have been the surprise package in League One, and according to centre-back Toto Nsiala, it’s in large part down to fitness coach Chris Skitt.
Skitt put the team, who were top of the league heading into the weekend, through the wringer in pre-season, and Nsiala, 25, believes it’s paying off.
“The start hasn’t really come as a surprise to me,” said Nsiala. “The way we started pre-season, the running and the gym work. It’s a whole different set-up, it’s going well.
