FROM A 7-1 mauling at the hands of Norwich to a 3-1 victory over Aston Villa, manager Jaap Stam never wavers in his mentality, according to Chris Gunter.
The Royals went through one of their worst performances at Carrow Road but responded to take all three points against the Villans to maintain their play-off ambitions.
It was a fightback much needed by Gunter and Co – and the defender feels Stam’s attitude played a huge part in the turnaround.
